The original Carrera Marble fireplace now burns gas instead of the coal once required (remote controlled). Often referred to as a honeymoon or anniversary suite, this bedroom features a beautiful custom made two-person whirlpool jetted tub. You will notice the design emulates the 2nd story veranda to keep in touch with the motif.

For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 10% handling fee.     What an awesome place to stay for a Hannibal getaway. The accomedations are wonderful and food wonderfuly perpared. We've stayed twice and without a doubt will return for more pampering. Mike & Rhonda

    The multi-course breakfast must have had like 20 kinds of fruit, and that was before the main course (some kind of frittata) I am big eater and even I couldn't finish all the food they served.

    We were impressed with the mansion up on the hill. Just like the pictures. John gretted us and showed us to our room and made sure that the room was perfect. Dining was always a great experience and on time. Julie always made sure that we were well fed and cooked some special items that she knew we liked. The conversations were a great way to learn about the mansion and the surrounding area. This B&B is a perfect spot for that quite getaway in a very warm cozy Victorian house. There are many original items and antiques to look at and enjoy. I would recommend the Garth Woodside Mansion to everyone.

    we were greeted very warmly, they carried our luggage for us and met all our expectations. We loved our stay there even more than we did sixteen years ago. the owners were so friendly to us. We plan on staying again soon. It rained the whole time we were there, but it still was a wonderful stay.

    We had a wonderful experience at Garth. Talking with Julie and John it was as if we were visiting old friends. The only thing I would do different would to change rooms...we had a neat old tub with a shower but the other rooms had walk in showers and that would have made our experience finenominal...nothing like a great shower to start your day...we will return and look forward to visiting again
