Welcome to the Inn on Crescent Lake, located in historic Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Only 30 miles from downtown Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City International Airport, the Inn is perfectly situated for a relaxing weekend getaway and provides an excellent lodging alternative to business travelers. The stately three-story 1915 Georgian Colonial mansion sits on 22 acres and is surrounded by two crescent-shaped ponds, historically known as Crescent Lake. The Inn was meticulously renovated in 1997. While the architectural integrity of the Inn was preserved, all of the rooms were completely modernized. Unwind in the extraordinary comfort of the solarium or the beautifully appointed living room. Each of the Inn's ten luxurious sleeping rooms and suites contain a collection of antiques and refined furnishings. Each room is decorated with its own charm and personality and features a large private bath, individual temperature control, cable television and elegant toiletries. Indulge yourself in a six-foot whirlpool tub, a standard whirlpool tub or an authentic, old-fashioned claw-footed tub. Outside at the Inn you will find a swimming pool, seven person hot tub, paddle boats, a bass boat and walking paths. In addition to being one of the area's most romantic getaway locations, the Inn offers an incredible setting for private parties, weddings, corportate retreats and other special events.
