Inn Details
The Dauphine Hotel is an authentic, 19th century, French inn located in one of the most picturesque little towns in the Missouri River Valley. It has been carefully restored, combining original architecture and antiques with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Whether you’re looking to discover the natural beauty of the Osage and Missouri Rivers and the surrounding countryside, to learn about Lewis and Clark’s journey through the area and the pioneers who followed in their footsteps, or to escape the pressures of the outside world and re-kindle your romance with that special someone, you’ll find it at the Dauphine.

We stayed at the Dauphine during our Spring trip across the country. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in this historic inn. The innkeepers, Sandra and Scott, are a friendly and relaxed couple, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They also are very knowledgeable when it comes to the area and can provide ideas for interesting side trips. My husband and I take a lot of road trips, and their beds were the most comfortable we've slept in. You can't go wrong staying at this B&B.

We have stayed in B&B's and Inn's across the country since the early 70's. My husband and I both agree, this quiet unique inn is one we will visit again.

I had a great time staying in this historical landmark over my Spring Vacation. We basically had the whole place to ourselves with beautiful views. The inn would be the perfect vacation stop for history buffs to those who are just looking for some peace and quiet.
