Three gorgeous cottages, within a mile of downtown Natchez. Sunset View is a one-bedroom, secluded blufftop cottage that sits high above the Mississippi River. It features a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, a screened porch, and a well-appointed full kitchen. Enjoy sweeping views of the river from every room. Sunset Bluff is our newest cottage and, like Sunset View, enjoys a breathtaking view of the river from the lovely screened porch off the bedroom. Sunrise Cottage is an 1880s, recently renovated two-bedroom house. Two bathrooms, a dining room, and a comfortable living room make this cottage a perfect rental for two couples traveling together. A short stroll to the deck at the rear of the property provides a commanding view of the Mississippi River.

Directions to property:
From South: Hwy. 61 North to John R. Junkin Drive (toward Mississippi River bridge). Right on Canal Street (turn by Isle of Capri Hotel).
Follow Canal Street until it dead ends into Madison Street.
Left on Madison Street.
Quick right onto Linton Avenue.
Linton Avenue to Maple Street. Bear left on Maple Street. As you go up the short hill you will see the Natchez City Cemetery on your right. At this point you are on Cemetery Road. Look on your left for 26 Cemetery Road and the sign for Sunset View.

From North: Hwy 84/98/61 runs into Devereaux Drive/St. Catherine Street.
Follow St. Catherine Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Road.
Cross MLK Jr. Road to Jefferson Street.
Jefferson Street to Canal Street.
Right on Canal Street. From Canal Street follow directions as listed above.
