The award winning gardens at Monmouth PlantationDining at Monmouth is special. The decor, friendly service is matched by one of America's top kitchens.
The rooms and suites at Monmouth are utterly exquisite. Here, the Riches Suite is shown. You do not see the 2 bathrooms or the vast sitting room with antiques. The Queen bed is a genuine Mallard.General Quitman Room - An historic bedroom once owned by the Governor of Mississippi Territory.
The Plantation is 26 acres. Photo taken from the air.

Food is taken seriously at Monmouth Plantation. We have two fully equipped kitchens, three chefs with another kitchen planned for next year.Angels, especially the marble kind, abound in The Monmouth Grounds. Perhaps a small reminder of The Lord's constant goodness to us all.
Hankinson Suite tucked away in The Main House on the third floor is a lover's nest. A delightful sitting room, kitchenette and bathroom make this an ideal and affordable honeymoon suite.Situated by the main courtyard, Mrs Abigail Griffith's Room is historically correct with the antique double bed with full canopy. Note the fireplace on the right of our photo. All Monmouth accommodations are en suite.
