From Oxford: Take Hwy 7 South bearing left on Hwy 9W for 20 miles, When you arrive at Hwy 9 & 9W intersection stay straight and the 1st right turn is County Road 259/Sam Nations Rd. Turn on County Road 259/Sam Nations Rd and Cart Barn Inn is 7/10 mile on the right.

We had a all girls weekend planned for myself,my mother and 2 cousins which included a stay at the Cart Barn Inn Aug 26th-28th 2011 and it was fantastic! The new inn keeper Marc was VERY helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was yummy! We will be staying here again on our next trip to North Mississippi,thanks again!

We stayed at The Cart Barn Inn while visiting a family reunion for 3 nights and were pleasently suprised that the rooms were so beautiful, spacisous, and clean. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies. Marc made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Breakfast made by her was good and delicious. My husband and I and our granddaughters felt so relaxed as if wer were in our own home. Hayli, our youngest granddaughter, really enjoyed the pool. We will return.

my husband and I recently spent the night here and cannot wait to return for a longer visit. The accomodations were great as was the hospitality of kay and paul tyler. It was very relaxing and peaceful. we will recommend this to all of our friends.

This is without any hesitation the best B&B Inn we have ever stayed at. The service and everything related was beyond anything you could have ever ask for. A weekend recently spent at the Cart Barn was a wonderful surprise! The room was large, very clean, and quiet. The bed was plush and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio visiting with friend far into the night. The breakfast each morning was outstanding. The hospitality shown by Paul and Kay was the icing on the cake.
