Ideal location: Close to SCSU campus, across the river from Munsinger Gardens, across highway 23 from downtown, easy in and out. Delightful owners. They ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Very proud of their home. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Well kept bathrooms with heated tile floors. The breakfast was fabulous - specialty of stuffed French toast was amazing.

This was the first time either of us have been to a B & B and we were both SO very impressed and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Super clean, quiet, kind hosts, beautiful...I can't come up with anything negative at all! MMMMMM, that homemade breakfast was amazing too...I am drooling thinking about it! We will definitely be back!

My husband's family has stayed here multiple times when we were in college. We would come over for breakfast and have always enjoyed Jerry and Deb's service. They provide a warm and welcome atmosphere, are great hosts, and the food is excellent. They go above and beyond to make the place feel like a home to their visitors.

Having grown up in St. Cloud and moved far away and traveled extensively we formed a fondness for Bed and Breakfast along the way. We were happy to find the Heritage House as an alternative to St. Clouds many hotels. Jerry and Deb were perfect B& B hosts offering a knowledge of the area and the history of their home, as well as a breakfast I doubt could be matched in the finest St. Cloud restaurants by presentation or taste....it was amazing. The Heritage House is also in a great location. Downtown St. Cloud with it's restaurants and bar scene, Lake George and the Munsinger Gardens are within walking distance if the weather is right. We chose the "English" suite for it's romantic setting...a large room with a large bathroom including a garden tub. The other rooms looked equally beautiful without the garden tub included. We look forward to returning to the Heritage House sometime soon.

The owners know so much about the history of the house - and they cook a spectacular breakfast, too! The room was clean and comfortable, with a fabulous shower. I would definitely stay there again.

We are so glad we branched out of our normal hotel stays, and went for a bed and breakfast this time. Because we had the most amazing experience at Heritage House. As soon as we walked up to the door, we were welcomed by Deb, the most warm and genuine woman. She gave us the grand tour of the house, and we loved learning about the history of the home. The house was immaculate, and each room was wonderfully decorated. Both Deb and Jerry were so personable and were incredible hosts. They were extremely accommodating, yet gave us all the privacy we needed. And they made the most wonderful breakfasts! We enjoyed eating the amazing food, and enjoying the conversation with the other guests. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and fulfilling experience. We would stay at no other place when we come back to St. Cloud. We can't wait!

The rooms here were very nice and Deb was very welcoming when we arrived. We were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast Jerry cooked the next morning was the highlight of our experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a B&B in the St. Cloud area.

Enjoyed my stay in this clean, well taken care of B&B that exceeded expectations, the hosts were available to accommodate arrival time and provided early coffee. I plan to return!
The English Suite occupies the entire front of the house including the Tower where the bath is located featuring an extra deep soaking tub with hand-held shower. A favorite feature during the colder months is the European style radiators that wrap the bath in warmth and provided heated towels for extra pampering. In addition to the bedroom which includes a TV/VCR for movie viewing hidden away in the armoire, there is a sitting room with a daybed. All the rooms are highlighted in an English rose color pallet with green and gold accents.
Nightly Rate: $145 - $145
The Swedish Room reflects the classic blue and white color scheme with yellow accents. The original bath is privately accessed from the room and boasts the original porcelain tub with shower.
Nightly Rate: $110 - $110
With a design influenced by the Black Forest region of Germany, this suite also includes an added sitting room with canopied daybed as well as private bath with an oversized custom shower featuring dual shower heads.
Nightly Rate: $130 - $130
The French Room provides a typical European feel. The bedroom glows in gold and cream with rich green accents. A shortened canopy over the bed is reminiscent of those found in the palaces of France while the bath divides itself between the bedroom where the pedestal sink is located and the room beyond which houses a custom ceramic tile shower as well as water closet.
Nightly Rate: $100 - $100
