- Smoking is not allowed (May smoke on porches provided)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (May bring own)
- Deposit amount required (Reservations guaranteed with Visa, Master Card and AE credit cards. A $50.00 check must be sent as a deposit. )
- Check in time is 4pm to 6pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Reservation guaranteed with a $50.00 deposit. Deposit will be refunded with a seven (7)day cancellation notice, less a $10.00 fee. With less than seven (7) days notice, deposit will be refunded, less $10.00 fee only if room is rented. If room is not rented you will be charged for the balance of the room rate. When weather related cancellations occur, we will glady provide a Gift Certificate for future use. The home is decorated by Ron who loves to do flower arrangements. Each season brings new decorations. Christmas is awesome. Antiques can be found throughout the house. We also have a gourmet gift basket company for you to order special gifts for your friends and loved ones.
