Mary-jo was the perfect hostess. We had wonderful discussions around the breakfast table. Got away from the hectic life for a day. Enjoyed dinner at Peter's walked the local gardens and watch the sunset over Lake Ripley. read more

We had a Staff Lunch party on Sunday afternoon. We had a very nice time and the lunch was very good. Our dessert was awsome. I think that this would be a great place for a business meeting.

Mary Jo Smith, owner, is a delight and works hard to service her guests. After our night stay, it was very cold and our car wouldn't start. She went out of her way and we got in our way home laughing. She is a good cook as well.

The Grand Living Room with romantic Fireplace, Antique furniture/Rugs. Stencing and hand paintings on walls and Renoir painting, "Girl with Watering Can".The Garden Room with all it's windows, full of antique furnishings, comfortable and overlooking the back courtyard with Arbor and Carriage House. Enjoy the birds and serenity.
The English Hunt Room, Very comfortable, Queen sleigh bed, with fireplace. Northeast corner. Fireplace in room.The Room With the View, Northwest corner room where your view is overlooking 1/2 of Litchfield. Very bright room where you wake up to the birds singing. A great room to start your day in!
