We traveled to Lanesboro for my son's wedding. Stone Mill gave us the opportunity to have everyone in my travel party staying in one spot. The rooms were clean, and staying in an old mill was a treat for the eyes. The gentleman serving during breakfast was charming, and the owners were very welcoming. I would use Stone Mill again

Our stay at the Stone Mill Hotel in the Family Room was very pleasant. Beautiful rooms were much more spacious than expected. They did a nice job of preserving the character of the building. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like our patronage was valued and appreciated. Lanesboro is a lovely town, but not much going on there this time of year. Looking forward to returning in the future to take advantage of what it has to offer!

Everyone was really friendly and went out of there way to make our stay nice--even when a lot of Lansboro was still closed for the "season." Our room was the perfect relaxing get-away.

Stone Mill Hotel was an awesome stay. The rooms were very nice with a Jacuzzi tub to relax in. The staff was friendly and easy to approach. The one down fall was breakfast in the morning. It consisted of a typical continental breakfast that included cereal and fruit.

I've had opportunity to stay at the Stone Mill Inn and Suites on a variety of occasions. This time around, I was looking for a little peace and quiet. I've consistently found the rooms at the Inn to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. And the innkeepers made themselves available 24/7 to address any needs I may have had. Breakfast was very simple, but delicious. The pastries provided by a local pastry shop were amazing, and still warm when delivered. Layout of the building may not be friendly for those who have difficulty with stairs. However, the stork nature of the establishment makes for a very quiet and peaceful stay. I would highly recommend the Stone Mill Inn and Suites, without reservation!

Rick was very friendly and helpful when we inquired about places to snow shoe and to have dinner later in the day. He made a couple phone calls on our behalf and we had a delightful day with beautiful snow & sunny skies. Later when we were ready to get to bed, we encountered a leak from the upstairs room using the jacuzzi. Cheryl came right over to get us a new room and get us settled again. All the rooms have charming themes, which are clean, cozy and comfortable.

We stayed in the "Hen Suite" which was very comfortable for our group; my 80-year-old mother had the bed and my sister and I slept in the fold-outs. It was also really nice that the beds weren't made up until we were out to dinner because we could use the area for our "cocktail hour".
