    cozy victorian room! went in january 2012 and cuddled near our fire in the fireplace, long bubble bath with sunlight streaming in beautiful colored glass windows, extremely comfy bed!! Breakfast was prompt and delicious!! Just a warning - if you come in winter, be prepared for the entire town of Lanesboro to be shut down with the exception of a pub, a pizza/sub place and a coffee shop - and the latter 2 close at 8. Bring plenty of snacks and wine and you won't even need to leave your room!!

    This was our 3rd time to the Scanlan House in Lanesboro. It is our favorite B&B. It is so romantic and quiet. Kirsten is absolutely the best. The breakfast is to die for. We enjoy coming here for our getaway of romance and relaxation. Can't wait to go back.

    Very comfortable, quiet, wonderful food. Room was welcoming! The fresh fruit tray delivered to the room was incredible! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Kirsten was also very friendly.
