We've stayed at Habbberstad House several times and the setting, food, accommodations, and hospitality have always been outstanding as all the other reviewers have pointed out. However, at this B & B, the mood is set for guests who are interesting, enjoy humor, polite, good conversationalists, so the breakfast becomes a three hour event, as happened this last time. I attribute it to Nancy and Dave who also have the same qualities. Thank you Huisengas! event.

We stayed two nights at the Habberstad House. I was impressed that they took care of our dinner reservations both nights and reservations for the play - which was a great show! The room was amazing - the bathroom was beautiful and had everything I could think of and the room was truly lovely as well. The food in the morning was well beyond what I expected and our hosts were both friendly and informed about things happening around town. We had a truly lovely weekend at this beautiful location.

It worked great for us as we went to a concert in another town. We loved the breakfast the next morning and the lively conversation with other guests.

A great get-a-way for everybody. We spent two nights at the Habberstad and Dave and Nancy were very helpful with arranging things to do and telling us about Lanesboro. The food was wonderful and hospitality great. We will do again.
