Beautifully restored historic Lake Michigan resort bed & breakfast. One block to beach, three blocks to downtown. Walk to shops, restaurants, South Haven harbor and sunsets. Most rooms have private balconies and fireplaces. All are designer decorated with central air conditioning, private bathrooms and all of the latest amenities. A full gourmet breakfast is included. Common areas are our attractive living room and white wicker front porch which overlooks the park across the street. Seasonal outdoor heated pool. Private and quiet, yet in the middle of everything that's happening in South Haven. Unique and intimate.

We have stayed at many B&B's and we know what to expect. The Sand Castle is in a great location. Close to beach and Downtown. That being said it is looking shabby. Needs painting, rooms need to be up dated and the porch could use some new furniture. Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and the pool was very nice. Would stay again but I hope they fix the Place up before we decide to come back.

Sandcastle was very close to the beach as well as the shopping and dining in town. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. It was a nice touch to have snacks in the late afternoon.

The most friendly service imaginable willing to help with everything little thing asap. The breakfast left something to be desired but overall a great stay!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay!! Only stayed one night but enjoyed the whole experience. Owners are very friendly. First Bed-N-Breakfast experience and it was a great one. Small, homey feeling. Short walk to downtown and the beach. Will definitely be going back to stay again.
