Sherwood Forest Bed & Breakfast

We have stayed at the Sherwood B&B three times and I am looking forward to another visit soon, we always choose the Victorian Suite when we are there. The room size is larger then some apartments. A fireplace and a jacuzzi tub for two. Thanks Sue and Kieth. See ya soon.

We have spent two weekends with Keith and Sue and we plan on many more. The breakfasts are delicious and healthy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Keith and Sue go out of their way to make you feel welcome and give you all the tools you need to navigate the area.

Stayed the Sherwood Forest from June 12 to 15, 2011. Keith & Susan Charak couldn't have been more accommodating. Breakfasts were really good and our Victorian suite was even better tnan we expected. Used the pool several hot days and it was great. Enjoyed Saugatuck/Douglas and especially the fine restaurants. Will try to return soon. Joyce & Stan Grau Fort Thomas, Ky.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last summer. Sherwood Forest B&B created so many wonderful memories for us, we hope to return this summer again. Keith was a fun and informative innkeeper.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Sherwood Forest B&B for a weekend at the end of October. Most Michigan resort towns have rolled up their sidewalks by this time, but not Saugatuck and Douglas. Everywhere we went it was quite busy. Especially the dinner spot recommended by the Innkeepers, Everyday People Cafe. We will return if for no other reason than to dine at this excellent restaurant again! The best part of the weekend was our time spent at Sherwood Forest. We enjoyed breakfast and pleasant conversation to start each day, and were able to soak in the relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. Our room was beautiful and huge with the fireplace, living area, and jacuzzi. That was also one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wish we would have booked for 3 nights instead of just one. Keith was very nice. Room was fantastic, we stayed in the Log Cabin room.

My husband and I have stayed at Sherwood Forest twice now. This B&B is amazing. The location, the rooms, the service, and the amenities are all extraordinary. We highly recommend...you won't be disappointed.

Lovely very quiet and restful B&B two minutes from the beach and a half hour walk from downtown Saugatuck. Room was tastefully decorated and bathroom with its tub for two was relaxing. Although we did not get a chance to have breakfast as we had to leave too early or partake in the pool and patio, I am sure you would not be disappointed. Welcoming and helpful hosts.

My wife and I met up with some old collage friends after dropping kids off at the grandparents'. Great dinner recommendations and pool, town is loads of fun, too.

My wife and I stayed at the sherwood bed and breakfast twice and loved every minute of it. We were in the Victorian room. The room was very spacious and clean. The jucuzzi was large and very powerful. The fireplace was beautifully placed, (Very Romantic). The innkeeper were very elegant and charming.

We were delighted w/ our stay. Everything about this B&B was easy, welcoming, & casually fun. I highly recommend it...exceptional location for summer fun!

We stayed at the inn over Memorial Day weekend and will definitely return! It's a short 2 hours away from Chicago, which makes it really convenient. We had the Victorian room, which was wonderful (particularly the lux bathing accommodations). Everything was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, as was the company of the other visitors. The location is perfect; away from the loud downtown area, but a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great peaceful romantic getaway for couples. The hosts were wonderful, the rooms were very comfy and incredibly clean. The place is located conveniently by a lovely beach. Much recommended.

Stayed for one night on Valentine's weekend and I am so glad we picked this place. Keith and Sue were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, property is picture perfect. Go ahead and book your stay you will not be disappointed. Already booked another stay in June this time in their cootage because we plan to bring our babies next time and pets are allowed in the separate cottage.
