The Maplewood Hotel architecture is unmistakable Greek Revival. Beautifully appointed guest rooms - some with fireplaces and double Jacuzzis. Other areas include a library, dining room, lounge, sunroom, screened porch, and lap pool. A full breakfast is served and is included in the rate. Situated in downtown Saugatuck, within walking distance to all shops and restaurants.

The location of this Hotel is prime Saugatuck. We stayed there once before, but this time the bed was rock-hard as well as the pillows, and the A/C was a window unit that blew right on my husband. Neither of us slept well, which is unusual for him because he can sleep anywhere. I found the staff to be professional, but not warm.

Maplewood Hotel in the heart of beautiful Saugatuck, Michigan, proved to be pleasant surprise. Well-maintained rooms, tasty breakfasts, kind and helpful staff appear to be the norm. This quaint historical hotel would be one that we would consider recommending to others.....

We had not been there in many years, but were impressed by the beauty of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the delicious breakfasts. Plus, you are right on the edge of town with a short walk back after dinner!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a cozy, quiet place for the weekend. There ended up being a blizzard that weekend and a big fire, hot chocolate and charming surroundings were just what we needed. The Maplewood Hotel is really a very charming and wonderful place to stay.

Old world feel and atmosphere. Beautiful sun porch. Massive furniture, small TV screens. Perfect setting for walks around town.

We were disappointed with our stay at Maplewood B&B in Saugatuck, MI. The bathroom was very small and needed to be gutted. Breakfast was OK but was below average for all the B&Bs that we have stayed in.

We were pleased with the Maplewood. Our room was smaller than we'd like, but we enjoyed our stay. There's a beautiful porch or dining room for breakfast, plentiful & comfy sitting rooms, and friendly staff. They even have a sizable DVD library in case you get stuck inside or just want to unwind with a good movie in your room. Descent WiFi, too.

Maplewood is a very nice B & B. Very clean and the rooms and all of the décor had a great nostalgic feel, but yet was very comfortable. Great location in town for all of shops and restaurants.
