Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly and last minute cancellations are difficult to fill. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night's stay. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the full stay unless it can be re-booked under the same terms.
