- Limited accommodations for guest pets (We accept dogs under 25 pounds with prior approval.)
- Limitations on children staying (We are not "child-proofed" and have a dangerous cliff nearby)

- Cancellations:
If you alter or cancel your reservation more than seven days in advance, we offer a full refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee per room, per night. If you do not cancel or change at least seven days prior, your credit card will be charged the full price of the reserved stay, unless we are able to re-rent the room for the same period. You will be notified by mail as to whether you were charged or whether the room was re-rented.
