Simplified Elegance - The RBnB has over a thousand square feet of porches and is nestled in a country setting, surrounded by the Manistee Forest. Directly across the country road is Heitman Lake; a small quiet lake that is great for fishing in all season. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room with splendid views of the great outdoors. After breakfast you can "walk it off" on the wooded ten acre grounds, or take a leisurely stroll to the lake. Then rest on the porch and decide what you will do with the rest of your day. Go to Lake Michigan beaches, golf, canoe, biking, hiking, horseback riding, theater, snowmobile from the B&B, or just sit back and relax and absorb the sounds of nature.

- Deposit amount required (Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit.)
- Check in time is 3:00 and Check out time is 11:00
- Cancellations:
A) Up to seven days before the date of arrival receive full deposit minus $20. per room administrative fee.
B) If less than seven days; If we are able to re-rent the room(s) you will receive 100% of your deposit, minus $20. per room administrative fee.
