Hudson Inn, B&B

I took my daughter-in-law for a getaway for her birthday and we were treated to so much more than I thought we would get. The very kind inn keeper upgraded our rooms and served the most delicious breakfast. Her warm blueberry cobbler was superb! The Inn is a beautiful victorian home and the perfect place to showcase her antiques. The hospitality was wonderful and I would highly recommend this Inn.

Last minute cancellation allowed us to experience this B&B on Valentine's weekend. Enjoyed quaint small town of Romeo, Michigan. Our host Lori was very friendly and provided a relaxing atmosphere with outstanding service. The Victorian home is filled with numerous artifacts. The double jacuzzi was a highlite. Our gracious host even followed up with a card sent to my home.

We never want to stay in a chain hotel again! Clean & cozy - great eats and great hospitality!

This is our third visit to the Hudson Inn B & B--- some folks might say we are hooked, I would say, "I love the entire package, the peace and quiet, the catching up with the Innkeeper, Lori, and feeling Sadie (her Cocker Spaniel) resting at my feet (making me feel welcome) The value, service, rooms and breakfast are far beyond what one would expect. I have told many of my friends and family what a great get-away The Hudson Inn is and now I want to tell everyone that will listen. Believe me --- you won't be disappointed..

Thank you, Lori. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The Queen Anne Room was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and a long overdue trip home to MI. The food and service provided were outstanding. As my husband said, couldn't be better than a five star.

The Hudson Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast. It has everything to offer, more than any hotel. The owner makes you feel so welcome, you feel as though you are at home. The rooms are decorated with such graceful charm and elegance, it leaves you in awe. The breakfast was absolutely delectable. I plan on staying at the Hudson Inn again!

Lori was the most wonderful hostess. We were the only ones there, so we had her undivided attention. I will say it was just a bit hard to find the house without a sign, but not a major issue. If I had to find something wrong, I think it would be that the room was not very dark in the morning. I have trouble sleeping in a light room, but since I needed to get up and out, it was okay. The breakfast was awesome-colorful and delicious. Lori was a delightful hostess!

Lori and Sadie greet you as family. The historic home has beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds, and breakfast is a delight to the eye and also to eat. This made a business trip very pleasant, and I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

I traveled there on business, and would definitely stay there again. Beautiful home, and Lori is the hostess with the mostess! You will not be disappointed.

Staying at the Hudson Inn, I experienced all that I hope for in a B&B. The house is exquisitly decorated with lace, china, and antiques. Everywhere the eye lands, there is something beautiful to admire. The delicious breakfasts are prepared with eye pleasing presentation by Lori, the innkeeper, who has formal training as a chef. Lori provided a warm and friendly environment, and seemed always to have the needs of her guests in mind. It was fun to stay so close to Stony Creek Metropark, which is a very a beautiful place to walk trails and visit Stoney Creek Lake.

I brought my whole family for this visit dog included and my girls and husband and I had a great time. The owner sat down and did puzzels and played games with my daughters she treated just like we were her own family. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and feel like family call Lori she will invite you in with open arms. The Lickeys

The hudson inn is beautiful. The hostess is spectacular, the rooms were beautiful, and the food was out of this world!

We located the Hudson Inn randomly online to lodge our family while we were in town for a family wedding. We received warm greetings and quick communication online and via mail, but when we were greeted by a serene garden porch, beautiful entry fixtures, soothing inkeeper, and smells of home baked apple pie, we knew we were in store for nothing less than the perfect, nastalgic experience! The entire 3 night stay was filled with small, hospitable suprises and gourmet breakfasts straight out of a traditional home magazine! Our rooms were decorated to capture this experience perfectly with beds we comfortably sank into every night and small modern conveniences that made us feel at home (like a large cable tv hidden in the armoire). We even used the gym in the basement that we were pleasantly suprised to discover! This inkeeper was gracious and well prepared for everything. If you are heading to Romoeo and want to pamper yourself by indulging in a piece of it's romantic,hisotrical experience, look no further than the Hudson Inn!
