Breakfast left a little to be desired, we had more of a continental breakfast rather than a traditional B&B breakfast. This is in a very beautiful location. Papa Tony's is an excellent place for pizza!

We stayed only one night at the Terrace Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was comfortable - nice to have air conditioning in record breaking heat. Staff was helpful and hospitable. Food was great. Wonderful setting and atmosphere. We would certainly return.

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. Terrace Inn is located in a nice part of town very quiet and picturesque. You can easily walk to the bike path and walk along the lake shore to view the beautiful sunsets of Petoskey. The rooms were clean comfy and felt very much like staying in someones home. The breakfast was only average and the dinner prices were quite pricey but the atmosphere was very nice and we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at the Terrace Inn in Petosky proved to be one of the best weekends we have had away from home. The room was small, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a delicious buffet breakfast each morning, and also ate dinner in the dining room one evening. That exceeded our expectations. Everyone was gracious and very helpful. The area is pristeen with gorgeous homes and breathtaking scenery. We will definately return to Petosky and the Terrace Inn whenever we come back to Northern MI.

    We'll be back (again!)

We've stayed at the Terrace Inn twice and are booked for our third visit later this year. This was the first B&B we'd ever visited and needless to say we became hooked. The location, near to the bay, is outstanding, and the neighborhood is attractive (not to mention quiet, during off-season!). The breakfasts and dinners are great and Mo is a very pleasant host.
