Take US 131 North to Petoskey. Go through intersection of US 131 and US 31 2 miles past downtown Petoskey. Look for Bay View sign on right and Terrace Inn sign on left. Take a right on Fairview. Go 1 block to Lakeview, take a right. Go 1 block to Glendale, take a left. Inn is just up on the left. From Detroit I-75 to Gaylord, take M-32 east to US 131 and go north to Petoskey. From upper michigan take US 31 to Petoskey and Bay View is on left of Bay. Go to light at Olsens Plaza. Take a left. Go 1 block to Arlington, take a left. Go into Bay View and take a left on Lake View, then a right on Glendale to the Inn. - Nearest major airport: Pellston, MI (PLN-Emmet County) 30 miles

Policies - Minimum stay required (During peak season and holiday weekends we require a two night stay.)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (supervision only..no running or noisy behavior)
- No childcare is provided (children must be with parents at all times.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (alcohol consumed here must be purchased here.)
- Deposit amount required (Must swipe a credit card at check in, mastercard, visa or discover. Groups and long term stays required 25% deposit.)

- Cancellations:
