Dimmick House

Dimmick House Bed&Breakfast is a 6,000 square foot Italianate house set on 1.66 acres overlooking the Shiawassee River. Its amazing architectural features are seen throughout the house.

This lovely Victorian beauty has four guest rooms which are decorated in beautiful colors with traditional wood furnishings. Each room has a "personality" with very nice views of the historic homes of Oliver Street or the river.

Dimmick House offers a complimentary breakfast in the large gathering room. Come and enjoy the beautiful setting of Dimmick House Bed and Breakfast Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The second house passed the college is Dimmick House.

    At Dimmick House, we serve breakfast at 9AM. Steve will be your host/server while Stephanie cooks breakfast. On weekends you will have a leisurely full breakfast and a continental breakfast on busy weekdays.The "Charmaine" is a nice room for two. It has a beautiful cherry wood bed, two nightstands and an armoire. The bathroom is in the hall and is shared with the Rose room. $70.00 plus tax
    Welcome to Dimmick House Bed and Breakfast. Please enter through the east entrance and sign our guest book. We'll show you to your roomThe Rose room is a charming room with an antique(full-size) bed and dresser, a rocking chair and ceiling fan. The bathroom is in the hallway. $50.00 plus tax
    The "Seraphine" is the family suite for your family of five at Dimmick House. You will enjoy a king-size bed, armoire, love-seat sleeper sofa, and dressing table in the main room. The sitting room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, and kitchenette. The private bath has a nice tiled shower with two shower heads, and of course, a sink and toilet. $160.00 plus taxRiverside Suite is a lovely room for two. It has a queen size bed, private shower and seperate jacuzzi tub. The view of the river is beautiful and can be enjoyed from a private balcony. The west sitting room is just outside the door of the suite where you can read a book or take in the street view.
