We have stayed in many B&B and by far the best breakfast served. The innkeepers, Doug and Robin made our stay awesome for an overnight getaway. Great conversation and laughs at breakfast, thanks so much for everything. Enjoyed the history of the home and walking downtown to the quaint shops.

We were in Michigan for just 1 night and decided to try a B & B, we were not sure what to expect. Doug and Robin the innkeepers were so great!!! They made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in. The house is beautiful and well kept and the breakfast was wonderful. The town is quaint with small shops located within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again if we return to that area. The pricing was great and ranges depending on if you want just a small room for the night or a large lavish room, either way it was cheaper than a really nice hotel and you get the benefits of a free home cooked breakfast and a great enviroment! Robin and Doug do a fantastic job taking care of La Belle de la Riviere and the owner is fortunate to have them running his B & B. Thank you for a great stay and for all of your hospitality, we hope to see you again sometime!!

We were very fortunate to receive a free night at this B&B, because my husband is a veteran. Mike and Robin were wonderful hostess! We enjoyed our evening visiting with them, playing scrabble, and the great snacks. The large breakfast was also very tasty. We felt very welcomed and recommend this B&B highly.

    Innkeeper Response
We do appreciate our veterans and had a wonderful time participating in the Veterans Appreciation Event: B&B's For Vets. This is a great opportunity for B&B's across the nation to give a vet a free night out on Veteran's day.

I came up from Ohio with a couple of buddies for a weekend salmon & steelhead fishing trip and we just needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights, so I wasn't expecting much. One of my buddies picked this b&b and not only was it the best value in the area, but the food & coffee were great and there was plenty of it to fill us up for a day of fishing on the river. The innkeepers were nice and very helpful in everything from to pointing us toward a good steak place for dinner to helping us wrap & ice down the fish we caught. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.
