The West Suite #1, has a lovely view of the back gardens. The room has a Jacuzzi tub, Fire place,small frig. TV/VCR,CD/Radio, Plus a nice sitting and reading area. It has a full bath with a shower and tub and a dressing area. This room rents for $150.00 per night. Pets are not allowed in this room. Sorry!
King Room #2 Has a spacious king bed,lots of reading material, a fire-place of obeisance, a frig,and two reading chairs with a foot stool, your private bath is across the hall with a 6'soaking tub, you will think you have gone to heaven...No shower, please remember that when booking this room if you are only a shower person this room is not for you..Robes are always furnished, Lovely view of the front gardens there is also a nice sunning deck on the second floor for your enjoyment . $110 per night. This is also a pet friendly room.
This is the English Room #3, which is on the second floor, with a overhead view of our front gardens, with a lovely Queen rod-iron bed and matching full length mirror, you will find all the comforts of home. All our rooms come with robes, The private bath is across the hall where you will find a Jacuzzi tub for one, a double shower, two pillar sinks and a dressing area for drying your hair. We are non-smoking and this room is pet friendly. $135.00 per night pets are $20 per night extra each.
Tree Top Suite #5, has it all from TV, frig,fireplace, dining room table, sofa that makes into a twin bed, flat screen for movies, stove, micro,dishes... But NO SHOWER, there is a wonderful hug Jacuzzi tub for two, there was just no way for a shower to work... so please remember this when booking... If you are a shower person you will not be happy with the Tree Top Suite. $165.00 per night
Newly re-done Tree Top Suite #5 this is another picture showing you more of the suite, with the new sofa that makes into a twin bed and the dining area with the tub to the right.
Guest room #5, is on the main floor in the back part of the Inn with a lovely view of the back yard and gardens. This room can also be rented as part of a two bedroom suite #7,when rented with guest room #6 with a adjoining bath in the center. As a private bath room #5 is $135.00 per night, Very good room for pets, because it is on the main floor and has a back entrance. There is a dressing area, frig. and table with 4 chairs, the Bath is Private with a large handy cap shower all new this year. $135 per night private.
Guest Room #6, is also part of a two bedroom suite #7 if you wish The two bedroom suite rents for $155.00 per night, With a king king in one room and a queen in the other. This is our no frill room, it has NO - TV, frig. just a bedroom,like home with a Private Bath for $125.00, this bathroom has a large shower. There is a wonderful slider that leads out on to a deck with seating, lovely for that morning cup of coffee or tea with nature before every one else wakes up. Sorry we can not stop the wonderful breakfast smells coming from the kitchen in the mornings. There is also a nice reading chair in the room.

This is the Sunroom where we serve our guest breakfast, there is also out side seating and we offer a BBQ grill for our guest to use if they wish in stead of going out to dinner, picknick tables and a firepit for the evenings relaxation is also there for our guest to just kick back.

You can just stay at the Inn and read a good book or watch a movie from our many that we offer our guest to choose from along with popcorn. There is always fresh Coffee,tea's and chocolate to chose from plus endless cookies any time of the day. Our customers say we are the best kept secret in Southwest Michigan. We are just minutes from Lake Michigan, wineries, orchards, rivers, horse back riding/ sleighing in the winter, downhill, cross-country/ hiking and so much more including Light Houses. In-House massage. Very centrally located to Holland, South Haven, Allegan and just 10 minutes from Saugatuck and douglas. We are on two acres that have wonderful flower gardens all summer long and huge Maple trees that shade our many swings on our proberty and in the fall give a spactacular display of every fall color in our back yard. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it far exceeded our expectations. J. Paul Fenn was beautiful and provided the comfortable, peaceful environment we were looking for. Paulette and Shannon were wonderful and made us feel like we were at home. Paulette has everything covered, from all days snacks, coffee, wine, even beach mats in case you forgot yours. We have stayed at Paulette's three times and heading up for the 4th time after the first of the year. The B&B is lovely and we love the Tree Top Suite. Paulette and Ewald are so friendly and accomidating. We love their dogs too. The night time snacks and wine are great and the breakfasts are out of this world. The best B&B we have stayed in. The room was comfortable with seating for reading, as well as a table and chairs to sit at separately. The proprietors were very chatty and went out of their way to make us feel at home with long conversations at breakfast.

The West Suite # 1
This room has a wonderful Queen bed, that over looks the gardens when the shades are up. It has a TV with dish, DVD/VHS player,Clock Radio with FM&AM and a CD player. To add a little romantic we have added a FIRE PLACE to go with the wine glass's and bathrobe's.The West Suite is on the second floor, to the back of the house, over looking our formal garden's and path ways. This year we have just added a Jacuzzi tub for 2, all new carpeting and window coverings, looks sharp.( NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS ROOM)

With a King in the no frills room, and the other room has a Queen, both rooms have a sliding door with a joining deck..One room is off the kitchen,yum! The other room is off the dinning room... The Inn is quite most of the time around 10pm/breakfast starts at 8:30am

My wife and I stayed at J Paules Fenn Inn for the second year in a row for our anniversary. They recently remodeled the West Wing and they did a fantastic job. Everyone is very nice and the food is amazing. Breakfasts of stuffed french toast one morning and quiche the next, both were the best. Grounds and rooms were very well decorated and clean. My wife and I enjoyed either relaxing in the whirlpool in our room or drinking wine on our deck overlooking the sun-drenched fields on a beautiful autumn day in Michigan. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience for 2 adults, 1 tween and a puppy. Nice, clean room and outstanding breakfasts. Paulette even catered to a picky kid. Star gazing is amazing as you are really outside of city lights and can see the Milky Way but only 15 minutes from Saugatuck. All in all, a great experience.
