Nestled in the country side, we offer a TRUE BED AND BREAKFAST EXPERANCE. All rooms have there own PRIVATE BATHS w/robes. Rooms are furnished with TV/VCR, Clock Radio w/CD players. On the ROMANCE side we have rooms with FIRE PLACES and JACUZZIE TUBS. You my enjoy your BREAKFAST from 8-10 AM, alone or with other Guests. You may even have breakfast in your room for a small fee of $10 per day. WE ARE MINUTES FROM Saugatuck, South Haven, Holland, Allegan, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, with golfing,charter fishing, biking, hiking and fishing all close by. Cross-country skiing and down hill skiing are also near.

Policies
- Minimum stay required (Two-night min. stays on weekends required. May - Oct. Three on Holidays. )
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking Allowed (Outdoors Only))
- Guest pets are welcome ($10.00 per day charge. Pets must have a Kennel to stay in Room.)
- Children are welcome (If child is large enough for a roll-a-way there is a charge.)
- No childcare is provided (Parents are responsable for their watching their childern.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Consumption of alcohol is permitted.)
- Deposit amount required (Deposits of 1/2 for a cash deposit is required. You may use your credit card to hold a room.)
- Check in time is 4 PM and Check out time is 12 NOON
- Cancellations:
Deposits are not refundable unless cancellation is received 7 days prior to reservation date. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if cancellation is less then 7 days prior to arrival, unless room is rebooked. Their is no refund if cancellation is made the day of the arrival date and the room can not be re-booked. Their is a $10.00 Re-booking fee for cancellations under 7 days.
