The Lodge at Oak Pointe

The Lodge at Oak Pointe was chosen as an ``Editors Choice Getaway`` by Midwest Living Magazine in their June 1998 edition! The 11,000 square foot log lodge offers 5 deluxe guest rooms, each featuring a 2-person whirlpool tub, a gas log fireplace, a queen canopy bed, and a private screened porch overlooking the pond. You`ll find that this is no ordinary log cabin. As you enter the lobby, you`ll gaze up at the many wildlife mounts that decorate the room. We display them as a learning experience for those who have never seen a woodchuck, a weasel, or even a coyote up close. While the theme of The Lodge celebrates ``The Hunt``, we dedicate our acreage to nature as a safe haven for wildlife. Walk the trails on our 30 acres and you`re sure to cross paths with a few of them.
