I had a lot of knots in my rope & found this weekend exactly what I needed to unwind. My stay was in the lake view room which had a warm, friendly feel. The innkeepers were very attentive & accommodating. The breakfast was delicious!! I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend this B&B to others.

    Quiet! Very hospitable!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was so quiet, which was a huge plus! Even with the strong winds that night, it was still quiet. We enjoyed a movie while we were there -- a large selection of DVD's and videos to choose from. We could not get our VCR to work, but the DVD player was fine. Had a pleasant conversation with Barb, the owner. Wonderful person. Would return again! Great place to stay!

Great place for our wedding night. I was skeptical at first because I have never been in a bed and breakfast. We arrived about 10p and a sweet lady met us at the door. Our room was their upstairs jacuzzi room, it was all dolled up with soft robes for us and a comfy bed. In the morning we were served home-made breakfast casserole, crispy good bacon, a variety of fruits and breads. You eat on a screened in like porch overlooking the lake. It was a gorgeous view. I would love to go back again for our anniversary. Everything here was great!

I love that this place exists

My husband and I came to Brooklyn for a music festival and Dewey Lake Manor did not disappoint us in anyway. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back to Brooklyn.

This was our second trip to the Dewey Lake Manor because our first trip a few years ago was so good. This trip was another outstanding stay. From the facilities to the hospitality, everything was really nice. We were met right away upon arrival and offered an even better room than we thought that we were origionaly getting. We enjoyed the grounds then the room. It was a nice comfortable rest. We woke up to a delicious home cooked breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The food and the company of the other guests and the hosts made it a perfect start of the day. We enjoyed the stay so much that we told our family and friends about it on Facebook. We also will choose this bed and breakfast when looking for our next get away.
