The Gingerbread House

The gingerbread House was built in 1881, one of over 400 Victorian cottages in Bay View. It has accommodated summer guests since the early days of this Chautaqua community, with its cultural and educational offerings. Pastel hues and white wicker provide and abundant floral gardens provide a romantic setting in the renovated cottage. Ample views of Little Traverse Bay are enjoyed from all rooms.
