Great place to stay in Ann Arbor - delicious breakfasts and solid Wi-Fi

    June 13, 2013

Enjoyed our stay at the VItosha guest haus. The Wi-Fi was fast and I was able to stream my music over the connection without problem. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. They are also dog-friendly! The only tip I have is that although the beds are listed as queen, it was definitely smaller than my queen sized bed at home.

Friendly B&B near Univ. of Michigan Campus

    May 19, 2013

I chose Vitosha to be near to the campus; it is located only a short and pleasant walk from the school. The room itself was comfortable with cozy furniture and a fireplace (which came in handy since it was very cold outside when I arrived). The owner Kei was very nice and accommodating. She made special arrangements for me so I could have my breakfast earlier than the usual time and she met me at the door when I arrived even though it was late at night. The cleaning and kitchen staff are all very friendly as well. The breakfast was tasty with the blueberry waffles and yogurt being especially good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Ann Arbor, however I might stay in a different room than the one I chose at the end of the house near the garden. I was not able to get any cellphone reception in my room for some reason and it took a while for me to get hot water as it had to travel through the rest of the house to get there.

    vitosha stay

    November 14, 2012

I love staying here (I think I've been here about 4 times): the owners are very accomodating and the place is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace is a beautiful touch! The breakfast was good (excellent corn fritters) but my eggs were a bit cool. I didn't have time to ask them to warm it up.

    Our weekend getaway

    September 22, 2012

I made plans secretly to whisk my wife off for a weekend jaunt somewhere at least an hour away from home. Reservations set, we started our little getaway. Even though we had a very distasteful and deplorable experience at Ann Arbor's Chop House; which colored the evening a dull seething, our stay at Vitosha made the trip worthwhile. The rooms, the service, the food and camaraderie were exemplary. My wife and I have plan again to stay there while spending a weekend in Ann Arbor. A truly awesome B&B.

    Night at Vitosha

    September 06, 2012

The room was beautiful and the location was very convenient. Our room was changed three times from the initial booking. The room we received was not exactly what we thought we would get but was beautiful none the less. Our breakfast order was not correct either but the staff was very quick to correct the error and bring us a delicious meal. All things said, it was a wonderful visit and I would definitely stay at the Vitosha Guest Haus again.
