We celebrated my Husbands Birthday at the Victorian Villa with friends. The kindness of the Innkeepers (Cynthia & Ron), the company of our friends and the incredible beauty of the Villa made this a weekend we will never forget. We all attended the "Dickens Dinner" which was hosted by non other than Mr. Dickens himself who recited "A Christmas Carol" to a T. The Goose dinner was wonderful - tons of food. Everyone enjoyed their stay so much that we are planning to make this an annual experience.

This Victorian house is breath taking, is in perfect condition, magnificent architecture and furnishing make your whole experience, we went for a saturday night and we were the only ones in the house, so we had the opportunuty to experience it as a regular house instead of a Inn. Food is fantastic, just ask for Zack. We are planning to go back for sure.

We stayed at the Victorian Villa Inn on Saturday, May 14th and it was excellant. We felt like we had stepped back in time. Each room was beautifully decorated in Victorian era. The host and hostess were marvelous. The breakfast was excellant. We will definitely be going back.

    Wonderful place to stay!

What a great place to get away to! Josh welcomed us then showed us to the Sherlock Holmes room in the annex and it was fabulous.......interesting memorabilia, very clean and the most wonderful bed to sleep in! Had dinner at a local bar/pub and met some interesting town residents. We sat on the porch, enjoyed the rain storm that evening then popped open the bedroom window and awoke to birds singing and the thought of breakfast to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and Ron was most informative when we asked about history of the house and its contents. Can't wait to go back when we can enjoy another room and the grounds in full bloom!
