Located on Old Mission Peninsula, Overlook Bed & Breakfast overlooks more than 70 acres of rolling hills, open fields and the expanse East Grand Traverse Bay. We hope you will allow us to share these spectacular surroundings with you when visiting northern Michigan. Since originally purchased in the 1950s this prime location has remained in family hands and is now once again, emerging from its chrysalis.

For my husband and I, this was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and it far exceeded our expectations! The room (we stayed in the Lily Pad Room) was spacious and comfortable, the grounds and views were amazing, and the proprietors were very welcoming and quickly made us feel like we were staying with long-lost friends. In addition, the B&B itself is located only a short drive away from many wineries and an active downtown area with lots of great restaurants, shops, & beaches. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area and are looking forward to returning there ourselves!

This was our first trip to Old Mission Peninsula and our first time staying in a Bed & Breakfast. The great views topped the already peaceful surroundings and beautiful room. The continental breakfast had a great variety of delicious choices. We felt very much at home. Overlook B&B has set the bar pretty high for any future B&B stays elsewhere but next time we are on this peninsula, we'll be staying here for sure.

Overlook B&B is one of the finest B&B's we have every stayed at. From the clean rooms, outstanding service, incredible views, and peaceful tranquillity to the great food. We had such a good time, we made reservations for the coming summer. If you ever visit Traverse City this is the place to stay. Tanks for the wonderful time.
