South Cliff Inn, an English Cottage style Bed and Breakfast, offers seven guest rooms, all with private baths. Some of the rooms offer whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and private balaconies overlooking Lake Michigan. The choice is yours. Enjoy delicious homemade breakfasts in the morning, and then watch the incredible sunsets from the decks of the Inn in the evening.

My husband and I booked the Admiral Suite to get away for a few days. What a pleasant suprise, the Innkeeper was so nice. The place has such a relaxing vibe and the breakfast spread is to die for. We gazed at Lake Michigan while we ate, made use of the two huge decks to enjoy the view. The rooms decor was fantastic and the bed was super comfy. You will not regret booking a room here. AMAZING!!

I don't get back to Michigan as often as I would like to but would never consider staying any place other than South Cliff Inn. Always outstanding!!

This was our first time to St. Joe and we could have not picked a better place to stay. Bill was the perfect host helping us with site seeing suggestions, providing a cozy atmosphere and wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic with each day providing us with something new and tasty to eat. The afternoon wine and cheese was an added surprise. It gave us an opportunity to meet the other guest and share information of the town and surrounding area that each of us had discovered. Cannot wait to make our next trip. Thanks Bill for the wonderful stay.

My husband and I have stayed here three times now, in two different rooms. We love the ambiance, the lake views and the amazing breakfasts. The afternoon wine and cheese is a great way to meet other guests, especially when it is warm enough to wander down to the deck by the water. St Joe is a fun little town with a great beach. Enjoy, we did.

this is by far the best lodging in town. Beautiful views of the lake and fantastic breakfast. A complimentary wine and cheese hour is a nice touch.
