**Check out our website for special offers and packages** Historic Rochester is now home to its first bed & breakfast “The Rochester Carriage House”. The home is Rochester’s oldest dating back to 1849. The original home is still intact with many upgrades added on over the years, including a 800 square foot sunroom, swimming pool, pool house, gourmet kitchen, etc. The three rooms located in the upper portion of the house can be rented individually or together. The fourth room located on the west side of the property is over 900 square feet and features a full kitchen and living room. All room nights include a Continental breakfast, which includes: Seasonal fruits, frozen waffles & maple syrup, hot & cold cereals, yogurt, egg sandwich, misc. pastries, cookies, toast & jams, tea, coffee, organic squeezed orange juice, mineral water and milk. NOTE: Full breakfast available at extra cost with advance notice. Checkin 3:00 pm - Checkout 12 Noon

The staff at the rochester bed and breakfast have a wonderful variety of different hobbies and interests which are useful in running a successful business of this kind. Similar interests that the three share are an appreciation of the arts, cooking, travelling to different places around the world and learning about different cultures. Don and Paul especially enjoy playing and watching football. Nancy enjoys dancing particularly bellydancing and yoga.

Filly's Pearl
The Filly Pearl Suite is the largest of all the rooms. The room is named after the owner's soul mate, friend and inspiration. This 800 square foot space is more like a luxury apartment. The suite has a private entrance opening up to gorgeous gardens where just feet away you can slip onto two large day beds overlooking the serene surroundings. This suite has one private bedroom with a private bathroom attached. The decadent queen size bed is the feature of the bedroom surrounded by vivid reds and soft greens. Also included is a beautifully user friendly kitchen equipped with plates, pots, etc.

Named after my first daughter Alexis (Lexi), this room has a confortable queen size bed, small desk, flat screen TV with built in CD player and radio/cd player. The original contour ceilings give this room an old world charm. (This room uses a shared bathroom)

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Rochester Carriage House for a quick getaway for our anniversary and didn’t want to leave. The B&B is beautiful. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and cozy feeling. Don and his brother were just the most gracious hosts. I felt like I was staying with family. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. They were very knowledgeable of the area and all that it had to offer. The service during breakfast was exceptional and the food was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone looking for a nice quaint get away.

Beautiful gardens and unique home. Don is a great cook--the pancakes were wonderful. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay.
