    • Deposit amount required: One night or 50% of total, whichever is greater

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made 10 days or more from reservation date will be charged $30.00 per reservation night cancelled. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to reservation date are non refundable. All cancellations must be documented by the Brigadoon office, whereby a cancellation number will be given. Any cancellation not obtaining an authorized cancellation number will not be recognized as a valid cancellation and will not qualify for any refund.

      Brigadoon is located at 207 Langlade Street in a quiet residential area just 1 walking block north of downtown Mackinaw City. From I-75, take the Jamet Street Exit #339, the last northbound exit before you reach the Mackinaw Bridge. Go east on Jamet through 4 stop signs, turn right on Langlade, and Brigadoon will be just a block south on your right. Commerical airline service is available from Detroit and Chicago to the Pellston Airport, which is located just 15 minutes from Mackinaw City. Taxi service is also available between Pellston and Mackinaw City.

    Very convenient - one block walk to catch ferry for Mackinac Island, also one block walk to shopping.

    We had a most delightful stay at the Brigadoon! Clean rooms and charming, great staff who were cheerful and very accommodating from the first time in the door to dessert in the evening with the girls serving such wonderful desserts. Breakfast was just as rewarding. And the atomosphere was grand! It was a great start for what we were about to see on the Island. It will be a memory that keeps on giving.     My husband I came to stay at Brigadoon for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place for a young couple with stars in their eyes. Our hosts were so accommodating (even when we didn't leave the room for 24 hours at one point), and the room was amazing. Clean, bright and as comfortable as to me as my own bedroom. Breakfast was incredible, and I regret not showing up more mornings ;)

    This was a 3 night stay in late June 2009. The building is charming & staff very friendly however they bill themselves as a distinguished bed and breakfast. I expected hallway lights that worked, despite notifying the staff of the problem nothing was done during our stay. In that the rental was 100% guaranteed by virtue of the no refund policy I expected that the air conditioner would have been on in advance of our arrivial, instead we were greated by 90 degree temps that took 4 hours to get under control. I expected wireless internet - their service was not strong enough to reach this room. I expected when I e-mailed them these opportunities to improve the experience for future guests I would have received some sort of reply.

    Last weekend (August 16) we stayed at Brigadoon to attended a wedding reception...My husband and I were amazed...we had no idea Mackinw City had such a nice facility. Brigadoon is beautiful, to say the least. The food and service rivaled all expectations. We give it 5 stars. We will definately be back this fall!
