    My husband and I just returned from a weekend get away at the Lake 'N Pines Lodge. We went to see the fall colors and to have a romantic, relaxing get away (to celebrate our recent marriage). We stayed in the Bay Chalet. The sauna, jacuzzi and working fireplace exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the spacious suite and could have stayed another week! It was comforable and romantic - and had everything we needed and then some. The full breakfasts are delicious and you actually get to order from a menu, so you can have just about anything you like. Additionally, the inn keepers are willing to serve your breakfast to you in your room, making for a special experience. It is the Inn Keepers, Melanie and David, that make this B&B extra special. The are natural hosts and make you feel right at home. Whatever you need, they have or they will find for you. In addition, their house dog, Yukon, is adorable. Be sure to bring him a stuffy (a dog toy) and you'll have a friend forever. Thank you Melanie and David for a wonderful weekend get away. We are already looking forward to returning for another romantic, relaxing get away.
