We were attending a training session in the area and only stayed the one nignt at Logan House - The Grand Duke. It was a very large comfortable room with all the comforts of home. We had use of the kitchen, frig, et al at any time which was great for those late night snacks or comforting cup of tea late at night. Our tour of the rooms helped us find our way to the living room and the sun porch as well as the outside patio. The staff were very imformative as to where close restaurants were and their prices. Unfortunately, the exchange rate (Can. to Am.) made the stay a little bit more expensive than we wanted but the home and room was delightful and very clean. Hats off to a tremendous bed and breakfast location. By the way, thank you to Ann for her little special brekky surprise even though during the week it is ususally only a continental breakfast. The eggs really hit the spot.

VERY clean, spacious, staff/owners were very friendly and courteous. Centrally located in the heart of Grand Rapids. A little pricey but well worth it.

I would absolutely stay again. Everything about the stay was perfect. The Saturday and Sunday breakfast was the best I have ever had at a B&B.

Wonderful property, centrally located. Secure. Comfortable. Great host, and breakfast. Guest must request linens and towels be changed, otherwise there is no bed made-up service or towel service. Didn't expect that for this price of property.

Looking for a B&B in Grand Rapids for a quick, short get away vacation, separate rooms for 2 couples. Read on-line reviews and decided to try the Leonard at Logan House. We stayed in the Cecelia and the Sir Charles rooms. The Cecelia was sun lite and bright. Loved the built in ledge at the end of the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. It was my favorite place to sit. The owners/hosts were very perceptive as to the needs of their guests. Everything we needed was available and then some. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the B&B and comfortable interior design. We were greeted warmly and received a tour of the house and an explanation of the food service.. We expected a typical serve yourself breakfast since we were staying on a weeknight, but were pleased by the quiche in a chafing dish and fresh fruit available along with more common breakfast items. Loved walking around Heritage Hills and to dinner. Great location and a superior B&B experience.

Very happy with my stay at LLH! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, and the house itself was exceedingly charming. The staff was so polite and helpful, and the 24/7 snack bar was a great touch. The hot breakfast served on Saturday and Sunday was delicious; I only wish they offered it during the weekdays as well! Highly recommended, and I definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in Grand Rapids! Matt T

My fiance and I stayed here and it was a great stay. I would recommend that they upgrade their toilet paper. great place and great location
Thank you for your kind review and we our so glad you enjoyed your stay. We would love to upgrade the toilet paper. Although the plumbing situation in such an old house wont allow us to upgrade and it's a recommendation by the plumber to make the switch to the 1 ply version to avoid damage. We still hope you come back as we enjoyed getting to know you. Take care!
