    Burnt Toast Inn is located in Ann Arbor's wonderful Old West Side just three short blocks from vibrant downtown Ann Arbor's Main Street. We are WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING! Great restaurants, U-M football and entertainment venues such as The Ark, Michigan Theatre, Comedy Showcase, Power Center and Hill Auditorium. Relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful, comfortable amenities such as down and 100% cotton linens; natural/organic breakfast. Free wireless internet. Friendly dogs. The Burnt Toast Inn has two houses: William House (4 bedrooms) and Washington House (3 bedrooms). The Washington House is suitable for weddings and parties.

From the South (Ohio)

Take US-23 North to I-94 West to the Ann Arbor-Saline Road exit. Go towards Ann Arbor (North) and stay on Ann Arbor-Saline Road until it turns into Main Street. Take Main Street to William (beginning edge of "downtown"). Turn left onto William. Go three blocks to 415 W. William.

From the West (Chicago)

Take I-94 East to the Jackson Road exit. Go towards Ann Arbor (East) on Jackson Road. Jackson Road turns into Huron Street. Turn left onto 3rd St. (1st street past Seventh). Go 3 blocks to William Street. Turn left onto William to 415 W. William.

Same for Washington except turn left off of Main go three blocks to 516 West Washington.

    Sarah was a knowledgeable & thoughtful innkeeper. Inn was beautiful and welcoming with eclectic decor. Master suite, with a luxurious bathroom, is highly recommended. Location and value (at least in the off-season) cannot be beat.
