Open year round.Call for off season rates. Our waterfront retreat invites you to slip away from the fray, where the gentle hum of an alpaca greets you. The original farmhouse is completely renovated. All four rooms have stunning water views over the fields and private baths. Kayak or take a lobster boat tour right from the private dock. Relax on our deck, nudged by soft ocean breezes, listening to the far-off call of the gulls over Broad Cove.
