The owners maintain extremely high quality

5 on December 03, 2015

We had stayed in Rockland at Berry Manor on other occasions. We thought we had caught the inn at a good time on other occasions. Everything had been perfect. Here we are at Thanksgiving 2015 and the inn was perfect and beautiful. The breakfasts were wonderful. The food was delicious. The staff members were delightful. I was in business for 30 years. Amazing quality of service is very nearly impossible. Cheryl and Mike are somehow managing it.

The "BEST" - from the Inn to the staff - to the wonderful breakfasts and pies!

5 on December 02, 2015

We have become annual guests - and going back each year feels like going back to visit old friends/family. Cheryl and Mike and staff are walking encyclopedias - where to dine, what to do, where to go to find an item you are looking for, etc. The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start a day. Cheryl knows my husband's favorites - from breakfast to pies, and always makes sure she has a fresh baked one for us while we are there. It 's a great area to be your home base for exploring the coast, or going inland for a day trip. We can't say enough about this wonderful inn, and the great memories that we have experienced while being there. Put this on your "bucket list" and you will not be disappointed.

Best anniversary trip!

We could not have stayed in a more romantic place! It's amazing and the staff was helpful/knowledgeable about everything you could do in/around the area. It definitely exceeded all of our expectations!

4 Stays and Counting....

5 on October 28, 2015

We have stayed at the Berry Manor Inn 4 times and it won't be out last! Every time we stay, we check into a new room. Each room has it's own charm and character. We'll continue to stay in a new room until we find our favorite.... or just start over again! Cheryl, Mike and Staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make our stay perfect! And Breakfast, words can't explain how wonderful it is. We look forward to our next stay and trust me there will be.

25th Anniversary Getaway

The staff here was absolutely the best! My wife and I visited for our 25th anniversary and we were blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff and owners were! They made it very personal for us and helped us plan our activities. Finally, the pie was incredible!

Maine June 2015 Trip

5 on June 20, 2015

Our 5 day stay far exceeded our expectations. The Inn is just beatifull and the work that Cheryl and Mike have put in to make it so is evident everywhere. They, and their staff, were were the perfect hosts, and we felt like family after the first day. Our room was just wonderfull, large and beautifully decorated. Cheryl gave us great suggestions for doing and dinning, especially McLooms lobster shack. Breakfast were fabulous and filling, and we ended up skipping lunch some days. Mike was a delight, wearing a different "Hat' each morning, and the occasional music from his toy animal collection. Extra special was the evening treat of homemade pies and ice cream each night.- Blueberry, Cherry and Rasberry all 3 to pick from. All in all, it was a most memorable visit, and we will be back on our next trip to Maine. Irene and Lee Friedman Greenville, SC

A wonderful stay

My husband and I only had one night to spend at the Berry, but we loved every minute. Mike and Cheryl were kind, helpful, and very attentive. We had everything we needed and more. If we're ever in Rockland again, the Berry will, most definitely, be our home away from home!

another wonderful stay

This was our 3rd visit to the Berry Manor Inn. Cheryl and Michael were the ultimate hosts and made us feel special with their recollections of past visits and where we came from. Our room was in the carriage house and was gorgeous. We had a refrigerator to use if needed, a hot water spigot for tea or instant coffee and of course our choice of pies with vanilla ice cream to make it a la mode if desired. We love mid-coast Maine and our stay made us feel special. Thank you Mike and Cheryl and your wonderful staff. We again, had a blast!!
