Beach Cottage Inn is the yellow building on your right and the Beach House suites is the building on your left. Directly behind these buildings are the lawns and ocean.
The 'Bowdoin' is coveniently equipped with kitchenette, flat screen tv with satelite reception and access to shared ocean view deck.
the'Timberwind' is a spacious room with ensuite sitting room with flat screen tv and satelite reception and desk. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and private bathroom.
The common area with expansive ocean views. Immediate access to outside shared deck and through 'The studio' you have immediate access to the ocean.
'The Puffin's Nest' can be rented on its own or as an extra bedroom for the 'Bowdoin'. It has its own private bathroom.
This very convenient kitchen is part of 'The Appledore'.

'The Crow's Nest' with it's incredible ocean views, adjacent bed-sitting room with wet bar, private bathroom, flat screen tv.

Beach Cottage Inn is an oceanfront property in Lincolnville Beach, Maine. This mid-coast Maine Inn features lovely suite rooms with beautiful deck overlooking Penobscot Bay. Within a few seconds walk you have immediate access to the sand beach, the lovely stores and Isleboro Ferry Terminal. Sleep in a enjoyable guest room that boasts New England style cottage décor. Bountiful steamed lobster dinners are available at the Whale's Tooth Pub and Restaurant in the evening, just adjacent to the Inn. Use free passes to the local fitness center. The Isleboro Island Ferry is nearby for a scenic adventure and the many shops and restaurants of Camden are also close-by. Historic sites, Windjammer cruises and picturesque beauty are all readily available to experience the many pleasures of this region rich in culture.

We cherish our memories spending Christmas at the Beach Cottage Inn. We immediately felt "at home". We have stayed in nearby accomodations where the atmosphere was rather ackward. We have visited this area many times but never in the winter. It was joy! We definately plan to return. Having the "Whales Tooth" next door is an added bonus. Pubs don't get any better! Everything was perfect about my stay. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and even upgraded my room for free because there were other rooms available. The restaurant next door was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at the Beach Cottage Inn again! And it's nicely located between all the great coastal towns of Maine!

The Beach Cottage Inn was a terrific find. My wife and I stayed in the Puffin's Nest which is very cozy but easily big enough for both of us. The room was very clean, well furnished and quiet even with Rt 1 right outside. The food at the Whale's Tooth was very good and reasonably priced for the Maine Coast. Our stay also included breakfast from Dot's right down the road which was terrific. Overall we were thrilled across the board with the accommodations.
