Crabtree Cottage is a lovely country style home built in 1862. It was lovingly restored to reflect the innkeepers style, love of family treasures and cottage gardens.

Crabtree Cottage is located just off of exit 2 on the Mass pike. Take 20 W through downtown Lee one block and take 1st right onto Franklin St. between Salmon Run Restaurant and The Lee Library. We are located on the second block, second house on the left # 65 Franklin St.

Our signature dish is popovers
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp.salt
1 1/2 flour

Butter popover pan cups. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Fill popover cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Take them out and slit the tops ~ return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve them immediately with butter, jam or maple syrup!

Deposit amount required (One night deposit required for 2 night stays. Full deposit for one night stays. 1/2 of entire deposit for extended stays.)
Check in time is 3:00 - 9:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00
Cancellations:
A two week notice cancellation policy with 80 % refund. Without a two week notice of cancellation if the room is re-rented you will receive a 80% refund. If room is not re-rented you are responsible for entire deposit.
