Directions to property:
From the North or South, take I-95 to exit 25 (Kennebunk/Kennebunkport). Take a left onto Route 35 South towards Kennebunk and follow Route 35/Fletcher Street to a small rotary. Go halfway around and stay on 35. At the traffic light, turn left and immediately right, keeping the fire station on your right and the police station on your left. You are still on Route 35, now Summer Street.

Follow Summer Street until you reach the traffic light at Route 9. Turn left, cross the Kennebunk River and enter “Dock Square.” Proceed through town to the stop sign at the top of Spring Street and turn right on Maine Street (Rt. 9).

Go straight ahead .6 mile on Maine Street, which becomes South Maine Street The Cottages at Cabot Cove are on the right.

Cancellations:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 21 days* notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a $25 service charge. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 21 days*, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your cottage. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. * For weekly stays, a 45-day cancellation period applies.
