    PET FRIENDLY, and a wonderful, and close-in location for WOODEN BOAT STUDENTS, AND REGATTA(s) PARTICIPANTS. Year-around guest room accommodations located in Brooklin, Maine. Guest Quarters has a private entrance to 2 upstairs camp style rooms. DOGS STAY FREE with their family in either guest room. Camp Bunk Room has 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed and adjoining private 1/2 bath. Camp King Room has king log bed, and is close to a shared full bath, with claw foot tub, and shower. Fluffy white comforters, flannel bedding, and LL Bean buffalo plaid flannel sleeping bags make both rooms cozy and comfortable. Morning coffee daily, and free wifi. Weekly and monthly rates are available. 3 miles to center of Town, and Wooden Boat School, and 1/4 mile to public beach on Blue Hill bay. All dogs staying in the guest rooms must show certificate of up to date vaccination records prior to confirmation of reservation. Dog day camp available on-site for your socialized dog. Extra day camp charges apply, and some breeds are not allowed in the dog camp areas, which include the kitchen, barn, and fenced in barnyards. Make your reservation soon, AND bring your dog! Year around except closed most years for the month of January. Great to bring your kayaks and bikes during 3 seasons, and your x-country skis and ice skates in the winter.
