    • Minimum Stay: Holidays.

    • Deposit Amount Required: A reservation deposit is required to guarantee rooms in the amount of 50% for a stay of two or more nights, per room, plus tax. A full deposit is required on a one-night stay.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations must be received by phone 21 days or more prior to confirmed reservation dates. Cancellations made 21 days prior will be refunded less a $35.00 fee per room. Guests cancelling within 21 days will forfeit their deposit and will be charged for the full reservation unless we are able to rebook the reservation.
