We stayed here two nights. Had an amazing time. We stayed in the Compass Rose room. It was beautifully decorated, bathroom/shower was spectacular and the private patio was a nice touch. Eric was very helpful and always available. Michele is masterful in the kitchen. Her blueberry frenchtoast was amazing!!

Perfect Honeymoon and Getaway

What a perfect place to stay. Minutes from shops and dinner spots, and great recommendations on both. The room was lovely and the private porch was perfect for star gazing. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

It was our first time at a B&B and Holbrook House exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable and felt private (and were freshened daily). The atmosphere was cozy and the breakfasts (and "snacks") were delicious. The innkeepers were beyond helpful and personable... We would recommend Holbrook House to anyone!

June 2011 Great Stay

Eric and Michelle the new innkeepers are very customer focused. The breakfast were always very good and afternoon snacks appreciated. Room #2 was recently remodeled and looks great. They have also remodeled several public rooms and other rooms are to come. Great location in Bar Harbor.

Wonderful place to rest your head in Bar Harbor.

We just left the Holbrook House this morning. My husband, another couple and I spent the night in the Lupine suite. It's a little cottage behind the main house. It has two charming bedrooms, a sitting room, and a bathroom with shower. The room was comfortable as well as clean and nicely decorated. The main house was beautiful and well kept. Michelle and Eric were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was excellent. The Bar harbor area is beautiful and a stay at the Holbrook House only enhanced our experience in the area. Thank you, Michelle and Eric!
