We are located on the Chesapeake Bay, just south of Annapolis, MD, and only 30 miles from the heart of Washington, DC. Serenity Bay offers a single guest room with accommodations for up to 2 guests.     It feels like home at this B & B

    My boyfriend and I stayed at this B & B for 9 nights. We had a wonderful experience. Even though we did not know Jenna and Kivanc, we felt like we were visiting friends. Their home is spotless and warm. I was not raised with pets, but, I thoroughly enjoyed their dog, Huckleberry. He is very quiet and well behaved. Jenna's breakfasts are phenomenal. She had a different breakfast planned for every morning and made changes to her menu based on our needs and allergies. There was plenty of food. Their B & B is located in an area that is very convenient to seeing DC and surrounding areas either by car, using the metro or bicycling. Jenna and Kivanc were very helpful with directions to different sites, how to use the metro system and recommendations for places to see and restaurants to try. My boyfriend and I highly recommend their B & B and would stay with them again.

    This charming and bright 2nd floor guest room is furnished with a queen sized bed and memory foam mattress, made up with fine bed linens. Also enjoy a high definition LCD cable television and wireless internet access. If you get hungry for a snack, check out the complimentary basket of beverages and other treats. A private hall bathroom is located just outside the room, and is stocked with soaps, shampoos and other toiletries for your convenience. Nightly turndown service is available to help prepare the bed to welcome you to your peaceful sleep.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3 pm - 8 pm    Check Out: 11 am

    • Minimum Stay: During holidays only, we have a two-night minimum stay requirement.

    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit of 50% is required for a stay of two nights or more, except for stays during holidays when a deposit of 100% is required. A 100% deposit is also required for one-night stays.

    • Cancellations: Please be sure of your plans before booking! As a small homestay dealing almost exclusively with advance reservations, cancellations and date changes affect us significantly. Consequently, we require a minimum of two weeks advance notice (three weeks for stays during Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas holidays) for cancellations and reservation changes. As long as this notice is given, we will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10% of your total reservation. Without this notice, deposits are not returned. However, if we are able to re-rent the rooms to fill the entire original booking, we will make the same refund as described above.
