Set in the heart of the Historic District of Annapolis, Reynolds Tavern offers the unique opportunity to stay in an 18th Century Tavern. Reynolds Tavern is a landmark and features a Pub in the cellar which was the original kitchen; a large outdoor courtyard that once stabled horses; two intimate dining rooms and 3 overnight rooms. A true glimpse into Annapolis and his history in modern comfort!

I could not have asked for anything better. I didn't know what to expect because we have never been to this charming sailing community that is graced with the US Naval Academy. The innkeepers were gracious and knowledgable. Always having a suggestion at the ready when asked. They run a tight ship with passion. The rooms are period rooms with antique furnishings throughout. The building is just perfectly preserved. We stayed in the George Washington Room. Our bed was a king size with a huge frame that was so comfortable. The bathroom was very up dated with marble tile. The room was just a start. The whole tavern has great spaces and meals throughout. You can have lunch in the front sidewalk with the flower vendor or enjoy a umbrella covered courtyard outback with one of many great choices of craft beers from tap. In the evening after the delicious meal in the dining room, we adjourned to the basement tavern area with an acoustic guitar player and a great bourbon choice ( JD single barrel). Thanks for the good time on our fifteenth wedding anniversary. Btw. They could improve on electrical receptacles in their rooms. Difficult to charge your electronics because of the age of the home. Oh well, no big deal.
