Being located two miles from historic Annapolis affords Meadow Gardens B&B the convenience of close proximity without the hassles of parking or city noise. Surrounded by 6.5 acres of yard, gardens and woods, Meadow Gardens is a sanctuary of peacefulness, country flower gardens, a private Zen garden with hammock, fruit trees, herb and vegetable garden complete the scenery. 100 yard walk to a private deep water creek on Howard's Cove (11 feet of water off end of dock) allows boaters to moor for the night ashore or guests to enjoy the water front via use of the B&B's 2 kayaks or 2 canoes. Pack a bathing suit so you'll be able to enjoy the swimming pool at the top of the hill or swim in the creek on a warm summer's day.

    Go Just For The breakfast!

    May 16, 2013

We were attending a wedding at the Naval Academy and found this wonderful B&B just about 5 minutes from the gate, but a world away. It is so peaceful and in a lovely garden surrounded by nature. Our room, the French Country Room, was small but very comfortable with a big bathroom and every amenity! The breakfast is truly fantastic with about 10 choices. We would go back just to sample the ones we didn't try! This is a place to come back to with more time to relax, kayak, walk, and just enjoy the surroundings!!

    Breakfast to die for!

    March 19, 2013

Even though we were visited in the off season (mid-March) you could see the potential of greenery. With a multitude of gardens and beautiful landscape. We loved the dogs and of course Bob, the cow in the pasture. It's a country inn....warm & comfortable! A two minute walk to the water or a 10 minute drive to downtown Annapolis. Each room was tastefully & uniquely decorated and well appointed. The best part of our visit was the breakfast, Absolutely one of the best! I wanted to leave my wife there for the week so Wendy could teach her how to cook like that.

    Great stay

    July 17, 2012

The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had in quite some time.... We enjoyed kayaking in the Severn River -- saw some wading birds and enjoyed a swim. The property is very idyllic -- we enjoyed our private porch as well as the poolside deck. The garden is beautiful and the chickens running around are quite sweet. Wendy was very cordial and friendly but not intrusive. Would definitely stay here again!

    Anniversary Escape

    July 09, 2012

Meadow Gardens was truly idyllic. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Both breakfasts were enjoable. I loved Wendy's gardens and watching the free-roaming chickens and Bob the steer. Joseph and Mary Voorhees, NJ

Great way to spend part of the New Year's holiday!

    June 03, 2011

Four of us who were "reunioning" enjoyed our stay. Our hostess was very respectful of our rhythm. She provides the most amazing breakfasts, and each of us could order something different from the tempting menu! Would go back in a moment.

Homey and Cozy Laid back vibe

    January 01, 2010

My husband and I rang the new year at this B & B. Sweetheart doggies greeted us and attended our breakfast of delicious baked goods and Eggs Benedict. The room and bathroom were decorated beautifully and were very comfortable. Hostess was laid back and easy to deal with. I can imagine the yard and area to be beautiful in spring. I'd recommend this B & B to someone looking for an unpretentious B & B experience with all the comforts of home (but cleaner and better decorated!). Downtown Annapolis was a short 5 - 10 minute drive and provided good entertainment, dining and some cute local artist shops.

    Feels like coming home

    August 26, 2009

I recently had the chance of staying at this bed and breakfast. Wendy, the owner, is the nicest woman I've ever met. She's an amazing cook and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of staying in the Persian room, which is huge and very comfortable. The detail she put into the decorations in this room are amazing. They were a delight to the eyes. The dogs were loveable and very well behaved!! I look forward to staying there again in the future. Thanks again Wendy. -A.G.

    A Weekend To Remember

    May 31, 2009

This weekend my husband and I stayed at Meadow Gardens;and, we must admit it was relaxing, 5 star accomodations. The hostess, as well as the room, exceeded the impression given on B and B. Wendy, and pups, thank you from new, but returning, B & B addicts.
