We offer rooms with excellent views of land and sea from large picture windows that overlook the lovely coastal-upland interface. Rooms enjoy varied views from Newport, RI in the west to Falmouth, MA in the east and the neighboring Elizabeth Islands and Vineyard Sound to the north. Across the headland, the Atlantic Ocean is to the south. In addition to the great water views we are surrounded by twenty some acres that support a diverse array of wildlife. Being located on the western tip of the Vineyard we can say that we do enjoy some spectacular sunset skies.
