The Inn is majestically sitting on a small hill not far from Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy a real piece of early American History with us here at The Liberty Hill Inn.
Rebuilt in 1997, the Carriage House was once the site of an historic barn. The post and beam style construction, with exposed rafters, and rustic paneling surrounding corner fireplaces, lends itself to a warm, yet elegant, country decor. Antique pine and old quilts grace the common areas, while canopy beds, stenciling and hand crafted contemporary quilts can be found in the bedrooms. The Carriage House accommodates four luxury rooms, all of which have private baths, TVs, air conditioning and gas fireplaces. One room, Elizabeth's Garden, is handicap accessible. Two rooms, Chase & Eldridge have whirlpool tubs.
As you enter the Inn from the Willow Street side to park you will be taken back in time to our 1825 Greek revival home that has been a beacon of warmth to the entire neighborhood.
Enjoy sitting at a true piece of American History. The Liberty Hill Inn is the site of the first "Liberty Pole". When the British outlawed meetings the colonists met at the Liberty Pole to see who was or was not drinking tea and to plan what would become the future of our Country.

Newly restored, Killarney is tucked away at the back of the second floor and overlooks the side garden. The blue and white decor, with a French toile wallpaper, is especially lovely in the morning light.
For those preferring the comfort of twin beds, or the accessibility of ground floor accommodations, Normandy is located just off the main entrance. The decor is rose, blue and white with a painted floral scene on the bedroom furnishings. It's newly restored bath has an oversized shower with seat. King size bed created by a doubler system joining two beds.

We had a FABULOUS time at the Liberty Hill Inn. The owners are so hospitable. The Breakfasts were AMAZING! The room was so comfortable and even though we had the room closest to the front door, we heard NO noise. We loved the location as it is almost at the middle of Cape Cod so we were easily accessible to the outer Cape. I can't wait to go back!

Well, just like everyone else is saying this is the best bed and breakfast! The innkeepers Kris and John are welcoming and know the area well. The rooms are clean and sophisticated. And of course the breakfast is delicious! Will definitely return to this inn in the future.

The innkeepers, John and Kris are welcoming, friendly, fun to be around, and know Cape Cod in detail. The breakfasts are remarkable and the rooms spotless, comfortably and wonderfully appointed. The setting is true Cape Cod and the property beautifully maintained. We highly recommend this inn.

For partial cancellation of stays or leaving early, the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days cancelled unless a 14 day notification is given. If multiple rooms are reserved the policy becomes a 30 day cancellation policy and a $30.00 per room fee. On deposits, the full ballance is collected the day before the restricted cancellation period begins.

Kris is a fantastic cook - the breakfasts are outstanding and his afternoon cookies just amazing. I left (with about 6 recipes) and with the feeling I had just made new friends. John and Kris are wonderful innkeepers - attentive, friendly, and fun. We will be back again. Linda & Dwayne from CT

We stayed 3 nights at Liberty Hill Inn and it was the best we've experienced in our 3-week trip. John and Kris made this a truly memorable trip for us with their warm hospitality, insightful knowledge of Cape Cod, and the mouth-watering breakfasts and snacks that were available throughout the day. Special thanks also to the resident Bassett hounds, Bailey and Conrad for making our stay extra special. If we ever return to Cape Cod, you can be sure that the Liberty Hill Inn will be our top accommodation choice. I can't heap enough praise on this wonderful property.

John and Kris have perfected inkeeping! Had a wonderful stay. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was beyond our expectations. Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Plan on staying here on a yearly basis . Great reasons to return here including piano "concert" by Kris. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are out of this world. And John...... always entertaining!!!!
