Blueberry Manor is a handsome Greek Revival inn where historic ambiance and modern comforts blend harmoniously. Located at the mid-point of the Cape, it is easily accessible to the best of everything the Cape has to offer. Each of the guest rooms has its own unique character and relaxing color palette, antique furnishings, fine American artworks, and private baths. Ceiling fans and air conditioners ensure the perfect sleeping climate for a wonderful night's rest on firm mattresses with fine linens,and fragrant summer bouquets by your bedside. Our Great Room features a wonderful fireplace and a variety of media options, including HD-TV and a library of recent movies.

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Many guests have allergies to pet hair)
- Children are welcome (Families w/children need to book the Willow Garden Suite)
- No childcare is provided (Parents are responsible for childrens' safety and damages)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (BYOB)
- Deposit amount required (Half of the reservation total charged upon reservation; the balance due on arrival.)
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a $15 service charge and must be made 15 days prior to arrival to ensure a full refund. For cancellations made fewer than 15 days’ notice, your deposit will be refunded only if the reserved room is rebooked. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Victoria is a fine artist, who has taught drawing and painting on the college level. Her landscapes and still lifes have been included in exhibitions in Buffalo, Philadelphia and New York, with oil paintings in many corporate collections nationwide. Jerry Rosen is a master jeweler whose clean, classic designs in gold and semi-precious stones are much sought-after on the Cape and beyond. - The innkeepers speak: English, French, Italian, Spanish
