Woods Hole Inn
Welcome to the classic village of Woods Hole, a place untouched by time but simultaneously at the epicenter of oceanographic research and marine biology.
At the center of it all, steps from the ocean, sits the venerable Woods Hole Inn, a town institution since before the turn of the century.
From her perch over the harbor, this historic five-bedroom Inn offers water views, a broad porch lined with Kennedy rockers and close proximity to the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry.
New owners are in the midst of an eco-friendly remodeling of this well located property and rooms will be available starting late June. The Inn is very convenient if you miss the ferry, and includes a parking spot.

From the center of Falmouth, take the Woods Hole Road towards Woods Hole. Once you pass Little Harbor on your left, bear right onto Water Street. Take your first left onto Luscombe Avenue. The Inn is on the corner of Water and Luscombe. Enter parking on Luscombe side of the building. - Nearest major airport: Boston, MA (BOS-Logan Intl.) 60 miles

From Boston, take 93 south to Route 3 towards the Cape. Before the bridge, follow signs to Falmouth and the Islands. Go over the Bourne Bridge and take route 28 all the way into Woods Hole (approx 20 miles).
Buses run on the hour from Logan Airport and South Station to the Martha's Vineyard ferry landing, 100 feet from the front door of the Inn. See Peter Pan bus lines for detailed schedule.

- Minimum stay required (Two day minimum on summer weekends; three days for road race weekend.)
- Smoking is not allowed (Smoking is not allowed either in the Inn or on the grounds)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (We welcome well behaved pets with a deposit and fee.)
- Children are welcome (Well supervised children of all ages are welcome.)

- Deposit amount required (A room deposit of 50% of the total stay will guarantee your reservation; balance due at check in. Visa and Mastercard accepted.)

Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full with a $25 processing fee per room.
